Shipping and Delivery Times
This site caters only to the Australian market. International orders will NOT be accepted.
We ship all our orders sameday or next business day.
All orders are sent Overnight with Australian Air Express.
Your privacy is garanteed as all items are bubble wrapped, placed in a mailing box and finally into a waterproof AAE satchel (where applicable).
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF THE ITEMS ARE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNUSED AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. (We reserve the right to refuse returned items that in our opinion have been used) We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
