What company do you use to ship orders?
We send all orders Overnight with Australian Air Express.
How long will it take untill my orders is shipped?
Orders are sent same-day (if placed before 2pm, Mon - Fri) otherwise orders are sent next business day.
Will my privacy be respected?
All orders are bubble wrapped and shipped in mailing boxes. Then placed in standard AAE satchels.
The sender details will be from a PO Box Address with the company name "LHI Pty Ltd"
Whats the difference between the two shipping options?
"Authority to leave" means if you are not home the package will be left without getting a signature.
"No authority to leaves" mean a signature is required. It will not be left if nobody is home.
What lube is right for me?
For use with Toys - Waterbased only (PJUR Aqua is recommended)
For sensitive skin - Natural Lube (PJUR Natural is recommended)
For long lasting - Silicone Lube (PJUR Original is recommended)
What does it mean if an item is marked as "Drop Shipped"?
Some Large or bulky item are sent from our warehouse or directly from our suppliers.
You will need to allow 2 - 4 business days for the delivery of these items.
These items may not be sent via AAE.
